Amazing place! Even better than the pics. The location was perfect. Literally a 2 min walk to El Faro beach club (pool and beach access) and also 2 min walk the other direction to more pools and the hotel amenities. Proper Rents were great to deal with. Would definitely stay with them again!

We had a great time, Juan was an amazing host, very responsive. the property is beutiful, very central, close to the gorsery shop and the beach club area. the terrace with BBQ is super convinient and the kitchen was well equiped. A place to come back for sure

Very nice and comfortable apartments to stay with family and kids, enough space, good equipped, very clean. We enjoyed all days staying here and want to come back. Location is great. The host a good person to contact and all was replied and explained quick !

Our family enjoyed our stay in Buenaventura. It was great having the pool, beach, and places to eat within walking distance. The home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the beds! We hope to return!

I have stayed at several of Mark’s properties in the past and have always experienced excellent service, clear and straightforward instructions, and homes that were very well maintained and perfectly organized.

The property was great. The views from the balconies were amazing. Close to the Super 99 market for pretty much all your needs. All the staff were very helpful upon arrival and during our checkout. Proper Rents are great hosts and will stay here again if available during my visits next year.

El apartamento está espectacular con una super Ubicación, no me había quedado de ese lado de buenaventura y tener tienda, restaurantes y playa super cernano es un plus. Volveria 100%

I loved the condo. I loved the area. I would rent from Proper Rents again. Just some helpful tips. 1- read all the instructions before getting to the location. 2- check out all the beaches to find one right for you. Most have a steep hill to go up and down but some are easier than others. 3- ask for written instructions on the area. It was the one snag in the entire trip. I was provided recommendations and links to everywhere I asked but the GPS took us all over until we were familiar with the area. Not anything to do with Proper Rents at all they were more than helpful. 4-there is a Super 99 grocery store and a dollar (sorta) store not far from the resort. Great prices Other than that have a great time. The Panamanians we met were friendly and funny about my horrible Spanish! They definitely made the trip even more enjoyable

Todo estuvo excelente, la casa es muy bella y todo los espacios son amplios y cómodos. Esta todo dispuesto para tener unos días de descanso. Los anfitriones son muy amables y están atentos para ayudarte y resolver. Sin duda es un lugar al que regresaremos!
